After planning, clinicians can decide to move to surgery with different digital approaches: Transfer the desired teeth position with a 3D printed prosthetic guide or with a more strict computer guide.

After implant positioning and healing period, an intra-oral scan or a conventional technique can be used for impression. Lab will untile in both cases, digital workflow to produce pieces and just at the end of the process will be realized the post-production and finalization by a hand made process.

Immediate loading require a very complex and complete planning procedure in order to ensure a prosthetically driven implant positioning and a high level of primary stability.

After planning, clinician need a way to transfer the project into the surgery. This stage is nowadays possible with different devices, all obtained from digital workflow. Temporary bridge and long term bridge are also produced with a digital approach.
